HPSD Foundation gets Helping Hands grant

By STAFF REPORTS,

The Hattiesburg Public School District Foundation recently received a $1,000 grant from the Allstate Foundation.

Hattiesburg Allstate agency owner Bernard Green gave his time and enabled the HPSD Foundation to receive an Allstate Foundation Helping Hands in the Community grant. The Allstate Foundation supports the causes that Allstate agency owners, financial specialists and employees care about most by providing Helping Hands in the Community grants to nonprofits where they volunteer their time to bring out the good in their communities.

The Hattiesburg Public School District Foundation was formed as a non-profit Mississippi corporation to support to the Hattiesburg Public School District.

That support includes a wide range of educational enrichment and enhancement opportunities for the District’s faculty, staff, and students.
